Anew Vision is a 501 (c)3 entity - 47-2791010. We are a sober living facility that caters to one that is recovering from substance abuse, life crisis, and or homelessness, previously incarcerated, parole or probation. Our focus is on indigent adult men and women. We offer a three phase program that entails the first 30 days of one attending groups that are held at the facility, 8 pm curfew, obtaining ID, SS card in preparation of obtaining gainful employment, and participating in the fundraising programs. The second 30 days allows one to obtain gainful employment if behaviors are consistent with phase 2 requirements, 10 pm curfew, two over night passes a week and attend three on site meetings during this phase. Phase 3 allows one to maintain self-sufficiency and receive referrals to independent living. We are TDCJ approved and have the ability to serve parolees on ankle monitors. We provide specialty courts/probation officers/parole officers/case managers/mental health providers/and or CPS case workers with progress reports upon request. 

Our objective and scope of service is to focus on community development through education, mentorship, counseling, and job training that will motivate and empower a person to obtain responsible living and utilize community resources for self development.

I began working in the addiction field in 2004. I am currently a Licensed Dependent Chemical Addiction Counselor. There is nothing more rewarding than observing someone go from helpless and hopeless to helpful and hopeful knowing you played a part in their restoration to sanity.

Stacy Foard


Experienced in group and individual counseling, senior counselor, director of counseling, program design and implementation, clinical director. Counselor for over 6 years; private and institutional venues. Sober since 2003, AAS 2011, NADAAC 2016, LCDCI 2011, LCDC 2017, Sober Living Homes 2007. Received Bachelors degree in Human Services -Substance Abuse in 2018. Currently attending Springfield College to obtain MBA for Nonprofits.
